DIE TOOLING ASSEMBLY MACHINE
Client was after a way to assemble dies before production as currently used sledge hammers and a rubber mat on the floor. We designed and manufactured a turn key solution incorporating a handling system in to a bespoke hydraulic press to evenly apply desired pressure for the correct assembly of the dies.
CUSTOM QUENCH
We manufactured a custom quench system for a leading metal manufacture enabling them to lower titanium samples in to a quench bath ready for testing.
DIE SPLITTING MACHINE
We have manufactured a number of extrusion die splitting / shearing machines, Fully automated for the disassembly and shearing of the extrusion tooling, Capable of 785kn shear force,
